:rolleyes We have a home under contract and the end buyer is using a commercial loan. Does anyone know if there will be any problems with using the assignable contract with the buyers commercial loan? The buyer is also a realator. We used an assignment contract before but the buyer was a cash buyer for that property. If you have any info or advise on this issue please reply back. Thanks for your :help.
