need some help with some extra money on a PRELIM HUD… I’ve got the 1st getting what they want and the 2nd getting all they can after revising fees to acceptable limits from the first I still have around 19K left. Any ideas where I can put it?

what is this - a hud for a short sale? sounds like your numbers are wrong. And if there’s 19k left over…that means it’s not a short sale - the owner gets the cash.
