Hi - I am interested in a property which is in foreclosure where the owners took off, leaving the property vacant. I contacted the substitute trustee to find out what the auction date is - and they said that they could not share that information because the date has not yet been publicly posted. I also called the servicer who said that they can’t tell me anything, without permission from the owner - who is gone. So, does any one have any idea how to find this date - without looking in every newspaper every day to see if its there? Please let me know! Thanks for your help. Juliet
Have you tryed the title company tom see where the tax bill is sent or a back up address ?
The court house is a good place for this as well as the county tax office
