Current Wholesale Market, Dead or Thriving?
«

I'm a real estate investor in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. My strategy over the course of the years has been to rehab and sale; however, I've been tempted to use a portion of my capital to get into the wholesale game. I would like to hear from a "seasoned" wholesaler on the current outlook of wholesaling. Has it been profitable here recently? Pros and cons? Is there enough supply and demand from the rehab community to generate business? Thanks for any input
