I can't believe that they actually had an iron and ironing board.  Plus it looks like they use it frequently.  Go figure.  :shocked

I met them.  My dad had rental property all my life while I was growing up.  I dealt with this 3 or 4 times a year.  My job was to clean this stuff up.

I figured out the problem with that tenant. It's a LACK OF TRASH BAGS.
