Would anyone care to share with me what kinds of addendums are used on agreements with a partner(s) to finance your deals?
Are these partners financing only or are they providing knowledge or sweat equity? Is there profit sharing involved?
Profit sharing, yes.
Do an LLC instead and work out all the details regarding investment capital, profit distributions, sweat equity, cashing out and anything else you can think. A partnership will expose you to any misdeeds of your partner.
