Anyone heard Ameraco and Quickflip Property LLC

Has anyone heard or join Ameraco or Quickflip Property LLC? My husband and I want to join as a property scout so we can find properties and make some money now before we get into investing?

I would do a search on Ameraco. I havent read to many good stories about them
