How do I obtain a Non-Exclusive Option Agreement, Lease Agreement and Option Agreement? Is anyone willing to share their copies of these contracts?
Take your Option form and add a phrase stating-
Homeowner has the right to cancel this agreement if they find a t/b first. Then add a cancellation penalty charge(open space) for your time, efforts and marketing costs. Finally have your Lawyer check it out for correct legal wording. Odds are you’ll find a buyer first anyhow.Herbster
The last place you want to cut corners and save dollars in this business is with your agreements. They are what protect your position in the deal and your ass should a legal issue arise. Avoid cut and paste, generic contracts at all costs. They’ll cost you more money in the long run.
