Is anyone willing to share with me their option contract which includes stipulations such as “optionee is allowed to market and show the property during the option period”.
I have a generic option contract but was looking for a more detailed one which better outlined what I can do. i.e. market, show the property, put for sale sign in yard, etc.

Do you know JP Moses? I sent you a link to his site. He has a great option form and it is free.
Just use a regular purchase contract and enter the terms in to the special stips section. You can also use the realtor version.
