Looking for thoughts on how to get my short sale extended. I was offered an ultimatum on my short sale to get an extension. I was told to either pay non refundable 3500 for the extension or provide them with a mortgage commitment , a mortgage 1003 and a good faith estimate.
I just recieved short sale approval two weeks. Any thoughts. Can not get commitment with out an appraisal.
I have a buyer who is willing to pay me out of closing
