this is my 1st post on here so be nice. I am an agent in Austin, Texas who is looking to work with serious investors in my area. I have worked with one of the largest investors in the DC area, but now that I moved to Texas I am trying to re-build my database. Any suggestions?

MLS has a function where you can search for all the landlords in your market via tax records. Download the list and send direct mail to all that have purchased in the past two years.
