Just wondering if anyone has a lead on a mortgage company that will finance an investment property. I have a tenant occupied rental that I want to mortgage for only 75-80% of the value.
This property is completely rehabbed and in a good area.

Have you tried local sources where you live? Is there some special reason you cant get financing through them?
If you recently rehabbed a recent purchase then seasoning could be an issue? How many properties do you own? That could be another issue. Ideally, getting a conventional 30yr mortgage would be best for cash flow but you need to determine if you can qualify and/or if that is the type of financing you want. If not, maybe a commercial 20yr mortgage would be better.
