I am buying a reo property and want to sell it to my buyer right away. Does anybody know of any lender that will do this financing for my buyer. Do anybody know of any lender that do financing below 600 credit score.
You may try and hunt down the small local banks in your area. Sometimes they will lend with no Seasoning requirements.
That low of a credit score sounds like an FHA deal to me. They are waiving their 90 day seasoning rule but only for owner occs that buy a HUD REO. Most flippers just lease option it to the buyers for 90 days until they can close FHA.
