I have what I think is a pretty sweet deal - short term need (less than 6 months) that is secured by real estate - would be less than 50% LTV - with the borrower having about a 700 credit score. But I have no idea of how to go about finding a private lender.

Can anybody offer some insight as to how to find private lenders in Connecticut -
