Hi, I need 1-100 million in hard money for 90 days. I have a buyer for some bank REO properties and need as much hard money as possible. There will be buyers’ contracts in place and purchase money in escrow before we use use the hard money and all money will be secured by real property. Can anyone suggest where I might find these funds.
