First let me thank you guys in advance for any advice you give me and for taking the time out just for stoping by. Ok let me just say I have been interested in investing sense I got my degree in psych and I have found that real estate is my passion I just brought my first property along with my brother who also brought one and we put them in our company name but needless to say we got Jerked big time on the deal but you only learn the game by doing but right now Im moving on to another deal and there are many in my home city but here is where I need the advice

  1. Whats the best way to find motivated sellers for whole selling?

  2. Where can I find funding for a investor with no money to put down?

The best way to find sellers is by Marketing. I suggest checking out the Marketing portion of this forum and you’ll get many ideas. http://www.reiclub.com/forums/index.php/board,31.html

However, there are plenty of places.

Online: Craigslist, FSBO.com, ForSaleByOwner.com, Backpage, KIJJI.com,… Even YouTube, so many places. lol!

Offline: Placing Signs, Flyers, Business Cards, Drop Cards, Door Hangers, etc…

Be creative with your marketing…

Google! Just google the form you’re looking for with your state. If you need to talk to a lawyer, then do so.
