We all know it’s not what you know but who you know. With that in mind i would like to work with real estate investors, and bird dog to put deals together. I’m looking for investor that purchase homes or bulk (REO) deals. I can buy them from the bank but i want to flip great deals to investors. I’m looking to team up with other people to make deals happen.
