I currently have about 15 hard money loans with private investors that I need to
refinance into traditional mortgages. I have over 35 mortgages on my credit.
Never been late on any of them I cash flow enough from the rental properties to
stay afloat. My credit score is in the 730’s. I am a full time landlord and have a construction business. Is there any options available to me to get out of the hard
money loans?

Look around for blanket loans. Go to local banks and speak with their commercial lending officer. They should be able to help you.
