I’m a new investor in the NC area and I’m looking to find a good contract to use ( I will assign the contract eventually to a different end buyer).
Can anyone offer any help?

Alex - I believe every state has a “standard” contract that most real estate agents, attorneys, and investors use when buying real estate. I would try to find the one used in your state. You can probably buy it online (by searching for real estate contracts and your state), or get it from a local realtor, attorney, or title company.
