Taking Credit check Fees

Do you guys take credit check fees from multiple applicants at the time the applications are submitted or do you do it one at a time so there arent a bunch of people that pay fees then don’t get the place?

I take them with the application. If I run the check and they don’t pass, they don’t get it back. If I take someone else and didn’t run the check, then I refund it.

I’m with BLL. I am still waiting for the day when I have multiple simultaneous applications for the same property, and I have been landlording since 1981.
