Im looking for a Hard Money lender in either Texas, or can offer products for Texas Properties.
I am currently working with several lenders but I am looking for better terms. Looking to good rates along with low points.
I am also looking for a lender that will allow us to close the loan in our LLC’s name. This is very important.
I have a combined fico score of 690. I have lines of credit open…plus cash in the bank.
I need financing for several projects immediately. Looking for private investor or Hard money. Looking for at least 70% LTV… which included purchase price, rehab costs, and closing costs.
