How to Acquire Rental Information?
« on: June 11, 2008, 03:37:40 pm »
Hello Everyone,

Does anyone know of a website that will allow me to figure out rental estimates in certain city/neighborhood?  i.e. What rent would be for a certain neighborhood, how many people are renting in that particular area?
 :help

Thanks,

Shi'Mere

Hi Shi'Mere,

Try www.rentometer.com and www.zilpy.com for rental info.  Once I have an idea from the internet, nothing beats talking with local property managers to get the real scoop.
