I have a contract on 8 lake front acres in a small town in Central Texas. It has city water/sewer. I am planning to build a mobile home park/ rv park on it. I have another MHP about 2 miles away that has been full for years and a waiting list to move in. My FICO is 704. I am looking at putting in 40 spaces at about $2,000 in improvemnets per space ($80K) plus the purchase price of $50,500 for the land. I have already put $2,500 down for earnest money and I can put down a few more $k if needed. A 100k to 120K loan is what I’m looking for. If you know of any good HML out there please drop me a PM
