find a city that you can invest in low and get a high return…or look in a state like arizona, just look in all cities. did you know you can go to the city tax sales and buy prop over the counter during and after the tax sales…lookinto it, all county offices check into it good luck.

For single family homes I like Baltimore, Washington, and Philadelphia as they are local to me and I know the markets well. It also depends on what you are investing in. If you are looking for commercial or apartment complexes, deals can be found in many areas on the country. You have to research areas and find the trends, employment rate, vacancy rate, population growth, new construction permits, etc.
