Writing A Contract

Hi everyone,

I am an newbie at the real estate business so I would like to give real estate wholesaling a shot to build my confidence.  Does anyone know how to write a contract for a wholesale transaction?  Or does anyone know any great resources that will teach me how to write one?

you just need to use your typical purchase agreement with an assignment clause, then use an assignment of contract.  You may want to pick up a cheap wholesaling course off of ebay or something, most include all of the forms that you might need.
