Homeowner has 1 loan and 2 grants. 1 grant requires the homeowner to live in house or 10 years. The other was for major repairs (roof/boiler). Do I present a SS package to the people who issued the grants also? Anyone deal with a homeowner with grants and know how to handle them?
If the Grantors have a lien on the property, then you must negotiate a Release of Lien from them. This may require the same harship documentation as was sent to the 1st. Title report on the property should show if they have a lien recorded that may cloud the title.
