Anybody looking/working in JC?? If you have any thoughts to share they would be appreciated. There is a lot on the market at widely varying price points, which therein seems to lie the opportunity. However sales seem slow, as in average time on the market somewhere between 2-4 months.
Also looking for any licensed and cost effective GC recommendations!! (professionalism, experience, cost, timeliness and have previously worked with investors) Thanks
