I found all the contractors that I use at my local real estate investor's club.  What I did was asked the guys doing rehabs who they were using and how were they.  I used the same guys.  Don't reinvent the wheel.  Find someone doing what you want to do and do EXACTLY what they are doing.  You want no learning curve.  You make no mistakes.
