a 3/1 IO ARM on MTA?
« on: February 17, 2005, 02:02:24 pm »
i'm competeing for a $600,000 loan. my competition is saying that they have a 3/1 IO ARM based on the MTA index. i can't find any lenders that use MTA for this particular product- usually it's LIBOR. my potential customer has an aversion to the LIBOR so i can't use this one. any suggestions?
