Section 8

Please help with Section 8 info. I am looking to buy a property that is already approved for Section 8. The approved amount is actually higher than what I can get on the market. What do I need to do to make it work? Do I just advertise it as Section 8 approved?
Any information is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Howdy Garfirld27:
I usually put Section 8 is Great in my ads. I also go to the Section 8 office and put a brochure in their office in a book of available properties that tenants get to look thru.
Hope this helps some
