I have been birddogging for a RE Investor and have found properties with 110,000.00 equity and deals worth around 425,000.00 of profit in the last 2 weeks. He keeps losing these properties because he cannot close quickly enough( he closes in 90 days ). What I’m looking for is a hard money lender or an investor to finance these deals.
