Financing For Retail Buyers
« on: January 24, 2008, 01:48:03 pm »
In this type market it seem more difficult to find retail buyers. The buyers that seem to appear have some problem credit, but the funding fromlenders seems to be drying up. Where does one find the funding for retail buyers with problem credit?

FHA has been a good source of lending for people with less than perfect credit.

After that you will have to help them as best you can.
Either with good equity 30% or more if you can do it.

Lease option to buy. Maybe even land contact, but the LC isn't really that great for your protection because they have to go through a foreclosure process just like a home.

At least in Michigan they do.

Keep searching and you will find it.
