FHA has been a good source of lending for people with less than perfect credit.
After that you will have to help them as best you can.
Either with good equity 30% or more if you can do it.
Lease option to buy. Maybe even land contact, but the LC isn’t really that great for your protection because they have to go through a foreclosure process just like a home.
At least in Michigan they do.
