Look in your local classifieds and/or free papers. Also, google for investors in your area and contact them to see if they wholesale any deals. You may have some luck at local REI clubs.
Many of the signs or ads “we buy houses” are wholesalers. That’s a great place to start.
Try checking the real estate services section of Craigslist. Lots of wholesalers place “We Buy Houses” ads there.
Start attending your local reia meetings and networking with other investors. You’ll surely find some wholesalers there pitching properties or trying to find buyers to add to their lists.
