I’m looking for suggestions too. The service (SafeRent) I had been using has increased in price (both for the annual fee and the per-check price) - and I feel the new reports that they provide are less useful than before. These agencies seem to charge more for landlords who do not have a separate office to operate out of.

Any suggestions for reasonable credit/criminal checks would be great. Thanks.
