Any investors from NC?

Anybody in here live in NC and invest in rental properties or live outside of NC and still invest in rental properties in other states.

I am in Charlotte and getting ready to make my first offer here. I moved from Virginia last year (had 2 rentals that I sold up there). Have you had any luck here so far? I know the market seems to be slow (like most anywhere)
