I am new to the forum and I’m excited to start participating. I am new to real estate investing and I’m wondering if any of the more experienced posters have generated any kind of digest of their favorite threads. If anyone has anything like this and would like to share it I would appreciate it greatly!

I don’t know about a digest… I would suggest visiting the profiles of some of the regular posters and reading their other posts. At the bottom of the profile under “Additional Information:” you will see three links. The one that says 'view last posts of this person" will show you everything they have to say in these forums.
