Just started hearing more and more about this site. So far the rents that I have put in on the properties seem to match up fairly accurately. They have a few other PM tools on their base site too.
Anyone else use this to determine market rents?
It would certainly be more accurate to just look in the local newspaper.

I put in the address where I lived and saw the results from that and I have to say they aren’t exactly accurate. In my area most rentals aren’t posted online so using a service that only pulls online comps is not accurate. Only the higher end or larger complexes list online so most of the lower end complexes and most of the 1-4 unit rentals aren’t listed online so they can’t be used to compare against with a service like that.
