does anyone have rentals in Los Vegas. Just a few questions…

1, what does a landlorad do when a tenant does not pay?

  1. if the tenant refuses to pay, How do i get them to leave?

  2. if the tenant refuses to leave what are the steps to remove them?

  3. how long should all this take?

I have a good understanding of eviction process but not in las vegas.
