Well you find Big Time Investors by presenting a Big Time Deal… You do that and they’ll find you…

Establish a relationship with a real estate law firm that performs a couple hundred closings per month. For example, have the firm set up an LLC or Sub-S corp for you. Do your closings at that one firm. As you get to know the attorneys and paralegals you will find out who is willing to invest, etc.
