Just curious.  What is the difference, if any, between Bird Dogging and Wholesaling?

Bird Dog - someone who identifies a potential good real estate investment opportunity and passes that information on to another investor for a fee.

Wholesale - to contract a property with the intention of reselling it quickly at a higher price.

A bird dog does not contract for the property or control it, he just passes the INFORMATION on to an investor.

There is an "Investing Glossary" in the left column under "Investor Information"
