Anyone do any rehabbing in the Cleveland, Ohio area?
I have been rehabbing outside of the greater Cleveland area for about 7 years. Just finished a house in Bainbridge. Currently listed with a agent. I am hoping for a offer soon.
We do most of our rehabs in the Ghetto-ish areas and some in the burbs.
