Hi all! Maybe someone can give me some advice. I am going to buy a 1981 mobile on a full daylight basement foundation. Situated on 1.5 acres with mostly 500k houses in neighborhood. Purchase price is 140k. I will have 40k to put down. Problem is credit is only 540 and being self-employed wish to go stated income. Any ideas? This will be owner occupied. Home just needs the jungle of the yard cleaned up and a new deck (which i’m doing). Value would be close to 180k just cleaning up. Any advice would be helpful! Thanks!
