Can anyone suggest a good software program to use for tracking rentals?  Cheap? Quality?

Carleton Sheets has one that is very inexpensive and effective.  I used it when I first started, until I realized that putting all that info into a computer program is a waste of time and was duplicating information that I had in their paper files.
