I am very new to this business and am wanting to know if  online courses to obtain a real estate license in Texas is a worthwhile investment?  If some of the more experienced rehabbers could post there advisew on this topic I would be very appreciative.

Hey, I have looked into the online courses and they are sometimes less expensive ($500 instead of $1000) and there are no books to buy because the info is online. If you can work independantly i think its a good way to go

Live classes are the best way to go. Interacting with your fellow classmates is a part of the real estate business. And there are gonna be alot of questions. Your gonna want to be sure that they are gonna be answered in a way that you understand. Being that you are new to the business, its best to have a live teacher.

Best Wishes,
