« on: September 03, 2007, 08:19:38 am »
Hello,

I'm a new invester and in need of some answers.
I live in Mass and would like to know what the guidelines are for finding pritave money.
I heard you can advertise but can't include some words (low risk etc) and there is number of people you can deal with prior to having to register with the exchange and security commision? ?

Is this corroect.....anyone!!!
Any info would be great!

Thanks

You need to comply with the SEC and the AG's rules for soliciting from the public.
