Hi Guys
Can someone give me a answer to this question. I'm doing a short sales and the bank requirement is a Financial statement, can someone tell me what the financial statement consist off. And how do the homeowner go by getting it.

Check your email. Pick either one of these statements and have the homeowner fill it out. I usually help them to make sure they get it all filled out and dont miss anything. The banks take this document very serious.
