Does anybody knows how to get a rental comps for Durham NC, 27707? Any help will greatly be appreciated

Howdy Sandraisme:
The last time I checked a 2br was $145 per month all bills paid. It is located about halfway between Chapel Hill and Durham. Seem low? This was in 1977 when I graduated from UNC.
If you live there now just look in the newspaper. If not you can still search newspapers online and look up Realtors on line.
Drive the neighborhood if possible and look for signs and call and compare the rates today
