I have been researching as much as I can about doing some foreclosure deals. I am in TX so there are plenty to go around. I have many that can be done for well below 60% market value in fairly good neighborhoods. Also, they usually need only cosmetic repairs which I am fairly good at. So now I am looking into options for financing. I want to go with either private lending or hard money lenders that will not go by credit or income. My credit is 550 to 600. I have no doubts that I can turn several propeties and make a sizable profit it is just the getting started part. Any info or help would be appreciated.
