lately it seems like every buyer i get turnes out to be another wholesaler trying to wholesale my wholesale to ANOTHER wholesaler!. so its like theres 3 middlemen involved. im thinkin about calling we buy houses signs in the paper. i just wanted to know will they try to steal my deal or allow me to do the closing with my attorney?
If you can make some money who cares how many people are involved. Don’t get caught up in worrying who else is making money, just worry about you. I have worked with investors who have that menality and it has lost them thousands of dollars
