Hello everyone, I found an website that provides motivated sellers and buyers.  HAS ANYONE EVER TIED UP AN PROPERY AND ASSIGNED THEIR CONTRACT DEALING WITH WHOLESALE PROPERTES ONLINE?  iF SO. WHAT ARE THE PROPER STEPS TO TAKE?  I'M ALSO GOING TO HAVE MY OWN-LIST  OF BUYERS ON HAND. ANY ADVICE?

what are their assignment contracts like

how do they get you deposit money

how long do they take to make a buying decision

How fast can they close

these are just a few of the questions that I would have answered before doing anything
