Are any of you rehabbers still purchasing at 65 to 70% ARV? Just curious, or are you guys looking for a lower ARV?
I rehab to rent, but I’m not buying anything over 50 cents on the dollar. We’re headed down and bigger discounts are definitely the order of the day!
